That’s why we offer our clients a complimentary size exchange at no extra cost.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with complete packaging.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item and sending out the correct size.

  • If within this timeframe you decide to return your product, your money is 100% safe.

  • You are entitled to a full refund of your purchase, provided the item is in original condition.

  • If the product does not meet your expectations, we will issue a refund immediately after receiving and verifying the item.

Note: Return shipping costs for dissatisfaction are covered by the customer, unless the issue is due to an error on ECLAX’s part.
